Enjoy the views as we heli out over the Remarkables and remote Nevis Valley before landing at 1700m on the rocky moonscape of the Old Woman Range. Then it’s down, with a bit of up, via a mix of undulating slopes, fast flowy trails and technical single track. If there’s time, we’ll finish at a café in the heart of Central Otago’s Pinot Noir country, Gibbston Valley.
